Sit or stand comfortably.
Form the mudra gently.
Keep wrists and shoulders relaxed.
Avoid excessive finger pressure.
Breathe naturally.
Hold for the starting duration.
Release slowly.
Keep the neck long; avoid deep neck extension.
Keep the breath easy; never hold or force it.
Advanced practice: only attempt this with qualified instruction.
Practise with a teacher present until the shape is familiar.
Increase duration gradually or combine with seated meditation/breath awareness.
